Aflame Fire Services Limited
The problem: No documentation, ageing devices, licences being paid for but never deployed, and a provider who only appeared when something broke.
The outcome: A documented estate, secure remote access that works on a tablet in the field, and a managed agreement with someone accountable for it.
BIG FULFILMENT
The problem: Outgrowing Google Workspace, with a migration that had to happen without stopping a business that ships every day.
The outcome: A full move to Microsoft 365 completed in three weeks, with no operational disruption.
Chrysalis Supplies
The problem: A brand-new business with nothing in place, needing to trade immediately and not wanting to inherit problems it would pay for in three years.
The outcome: Core systems live within 48 hours, and the full environment built properly inside three weeks.
Published anonymously by choice
The problem: A group of related operating companies with inconsistent security across entities, and no single view of where the risk sat.
The outcome: One security baseline across the group, delivered in risk-ordered tiers against a documented effort log the client could audit.
We publish security work by method, never by diagnosis. No customer finding, configuration, weakness or exposure detail appears here or anywhere else on this site — which is also why this one has no page of its own.
Nothing in that category yet.
How These Are Written
Case studies are the easiest place on a website to quietly overstate. These are the rules we hold ourselves to, published so you can hold us to them too.
Covering the name, the description of the work, any figures, and any individual quoted. Verbal agreement is not enough, and consent can be withdrawn at any time — in which case the study comes down.
Every quote here is what the person actually said or wrote, in their words. We do not write a quote and ask a customer to sign it off, which is common practice and should not be.
Users, devices, timescales — each one traceable to a ticket, effort log, invoice or written record. Where no figure exists, we describe what changed instead of inventing a metric.
Security work is described by approach and outcome. No vulnerabilities, configuration, tooling gaps or remediation specifics — including for anonymised and former customers.
Next Step
None of these will match yours exactly. Describe what is actually happening and we will tell you whether we have done something close, and what it took.
Where it is appropriate, we will put you in touch with an existing customer so you can ask them directly, without us in the room. Say so in the message and we will arrange it.
Four fields. We reply within one working day.
