For enquiries made through this website, and for our own business records, we are the data controller. For personal data held inside a customer's own systems that we administer under a support agreement, we act as a data processor on that customer's instructions — the customer remains the controller. Your name, company, work email, telephone number if you provide one, and what you tell us about your situation. We use it to respond to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — you have asked us to get in touch about a business service.
Contact details and the content of your request, held in our service desk system so the work can be tracked, resolved and reported on. Our lawful basis is performance of the contract with your employer.
Contact, contract, billing and correspondence records, kept to deliver the service, raise invoices and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not buy contact lists, and we do not use the details you send us for unrelated marketing.
We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run the business — website hosting and form handling, email and productivity, our service desk and remote management platforms, accounting, and the vendors whose licences we supply on your behalf. Each is engaged under terms that require them to protect the data and use it only as instructed.
Some of those providers operate outside the United Kingdom. Where data is transferred abroad, it is done on the safeguards permitted by UK data protection law.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Enquiries that do not become customers are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted. Customer records are kept for the life of the relationship, and afterwards for as long as we are required to hold financial and contractual records.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our using it, and ask for it in a portable form. You can also withdraw consent where consent is what we relied on.
